这是什么？蜘蛛侠！哈哈哈，开玩笑，不过这个这么多根天线的AP-7131 Wireless Access Point还真跟蜘蛛有几分相似，尤其是当它被安装在一个屋顶上的时候。摩托罗拉于5月18号宣布了他们的Motorola’s 802.11n Wireless Enterprise Branch Office Solution，也就是企业分部、分公司的802.11n无线解决方案，其中就涉及到了这款核心产品——AP-7131。

相信看过我的文章《wifi高阶扫盲：国外企业里用的是什么AP？》的朋友都对企业级的AP会有一个大概的了解，这款摩托罗拉的企业级AP采用了802.11n协议，同时支持11a，11b/g，最高速率600Mbps，是所谓的无线全能型AP；另外它可以工作在Fat AP和Thin AP两种模式下，也就是说，既可以单个使用，也可以多个AP连接到无线交换机做集群覆盖使用，相当的灵活。

简单看下它的主要亮点。

没有列全，只是把我比较重视的几点列出来：3×3MIMO, 802.3af, Mesh, VPN.

3×3MIMO：该分集的MIMO情况下，上限速率一般都是300Mbps，为什么说他有600Mbps呢？据我猜测，因为它采用了6根天线，所以3根天线负责5GHz的11n协议，另外3根负责2.4GHz的11n协议，所以两者加起来那就是600Mbps了！如果说公司内部有大量的5GHz频段的客户端，那么该功能可谓是相当的实用，极大增强了AP的利用率。

802.af：熟悉PoE的人都知道，该协议是AP和现有支持PoE交换机之间兼容的必备条件。有了它，AP就支持用以太网线供电，可以方便地把AP放到墙上或者天花板上，以达到最佳的覆盖效果。

Mesh：这个更加不要说了，想知道Mesh是什么的童鞋可以去看这里。

VPN：这是公司分支机构访问总部局域网的必备条件！

感兴趣的同学可以直接点过去看看产品的具体参数，作为一款企业级解决方案中用到的AP，摩托罗拉做的丝毫不比其他企业级网络设备厂商差。而且，就无线通信的经验来说，摩托罗拉在业界的地位也几乎是不可动摇的，其远距离无线通信、骨干网的技术一直在业内保持领先地位。这次这个解决方案的推出相信不久后就会受到一些企业的追捧，尤其是这个创新性的6天线设计。
